          Iron deficiency affects about 50% of women, myself included. Symptoms include high fatigue,
         dizziness and vertigo, headaches, chest pain, heart palpitations, weak skin, hair, and fingernails,
         restless leg syndrome, and higher risk of infections. This easy and fun recipe features kale, one of
                 the most nutrient and iron rich foods, to help ease the uncomfortable symptoms.

        Ingredients


        Kale
        Salt
        Olive oil


        Instructions



        1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.


        2. Wash and dry the kale. Make sure it is
        extremely dry!


        3. De-stem and chop or rip into hip-sized pieces.
