Garlic White Bean

Cannellini beans have incredible health benefits, specifically for heart health. They are also rich
in protein, and fight cancer cells. Paired with the health powerhouse of garlic, this tasty dip is a
perfect healthy snack or appetizer!
Ingredients Instructions
One fifteen ounce can of cannellini beans, Mix the beans, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil,
drained salt, and pepper in a food processor and blend.
Two to four cloves of garlic Taste for salt and pepper, then add the parsley.
Three tablespoons lemon juice
One tabelspoon olive oil Serve with fresh veggies, crackers, or
One fourth teaspoon sea salt, or to taste crostini. Also this can be used as a spread
One eighth teaspoon pepper for sandwiches!
Two teaspoons fresh parsley

Ingredients Instructions
boiled or roasted beets (about 3) Process beets in a food processor until only
1 drained can of chickpeas small bits remain. Add all of the remaining
1 tsp lemon zest ingredients except olive oil and process until
1 lemon, juiced smooth. Use a spatula to scrape the sides. Slowly
2 cloves minced garlic add the olive oil until it is completely combined.
1/4 cup tahini Add salt to taste, and/or any other desired
1/4 cup olive oil seasonings. Transfer to a bowl and serve.
