Insurance & Financial Disclosure
828 maintains professional liability insurance with Hartford Insurance Group. Our commercial
general liability holds a minimum limit of $1,000,000.00 for each occurrence per claim and general
aggregate of $2,000,000.00. This includes automobile liability for hired autos, an umbrella liability
for equal amount and workers compensation. A Certificate of Insurance will be provided upon
initiation of design contract with Owner listed as certificate holder. No recent or pending claims
have been filed against our company.
828 is in good standing with JP Morgan Chase Bank for both design, procurement and savings
FEES
accounts, since opening it’s doors for operation in 2016.
