Create your own shake
by combining 1 scoop of
®
Forever Lite Ultra with 240 -300 ml
of nonfat, almond, coconut, soy or
rice milk, ½-1 cup of fruits and
vegetables, 1 tablespoon of healthy
fats like chia seeds, flax seeds,
nut butter, avocado or coconut oil
and ice, water or green
tea and blend.
Feel free to substitute
rice milk, unsweetened
almond milk, unsweetened
coconut milk or unsweetened
soy milk in any of these
recipes. Check the label to
ensure that the milk alternative
you choose provides
approximately 50 to 60
calories per 240 ml.
