PREPARE



            FOR SUCCESS.





                                          One of the pitfalls of any weight management
             program is time. Between work responsibilities and family obligations it can be hard to
                               find time to exercise, make a healthy meal or even just make
                                                              time for yourself.
                                   Follow the tips below for meal preparation so that even
                                               on-the-go you are set up for success!

                                                        +  Plan Ahead

                                        By identifying when you will be pressed for time
                                        before it happens, you can make sure you have
                                        something healthy to eat ready to grab and go.
                                                    +  Create A Menu

                                           Determine which    recipes you are going
                                        to make for the week, taking into consideration
                                        when your schedule is especially busy. Recipes
                                                 can be found starting on page 38.

                                                      +  Go Shopping
                                                        Make a list of ingredients
                                                        you need to prepare your
                                                       weekly menu and head to
                                                             the grocery store.

                                                       +  Get Cooking
                                                       Precook menu ingredients,
                                                        like chicken breast, some
                                                        vegetables and anything
                                                         else that can save time
                                                                for the week.
