                                            THE CARDIO.


                                              By this point in your fitness journey,
                                               you understand the importance of
                                            cardiovascular exercise as part of your
                                             healthy weight management strategy.
                                                 Cardio exercises can help boost
                                              metabolism, support a healthy heart
                                           and help you recover more quickly after
                                                          strenuous exercise.

                                            During the    ADVANCED 1 program,
                                           commit to doing 3 days of cardio activity
                                         per week. These sessions should be spent
                                          challenging yourself to get the most out of
                                         your workout. If they’re too easy, you’re not
                                                         working hard enough.
