Ultimately if we are faced with someone who is never going to
listen to our point of view or appreciate our differences with
respect and with a desire for negotiation, or indeed if we are
faced with someone who says the right things but whose
actions do not then follow through with what has been
agreed, our anger then serves as the underlying motivator in
empowering us to say no and if necessary to walk away
completely!
Today’s invitation is an exercise based on a series of steps that
I have found to be particularly effective in channeling this
powerful emotion into a valuable experience with a successful
outcome.
