Company Prize Wheel
The Company utilizes a “Prize Wheel” to reward employees for superior performance. Each Incentive Program has
it’s own “prize scale” and based on that scale, the wheel may contain prizes such as;
• Full car detailing • Dinner and concert/show for two
• One time Maid Service house cleaning • Spa Package (Facial, Manicure, Pedicure and Massage)
• $50, $75, $100 or $250 cash • Dinner and comedy show
• Shopping mall gift certificate • Choice of any prize
• A free spin • Dinner and movie for two
Monthly Team Incentive
If the Company achieves various quarterly service and revenue goals, all
employees will receive one spin on the Prize Wheel. Progress toward the
goals will be updated weekly, posted in the Associates Lounge and
discussed during the weekly staff meeting. Employee must be employed at
the full quarter in order to participate.

Super Star of the Quarter
Every employee will “nominate” a co-worker they feel is most deserving.
Consideration is given to the employees attitude, team skills, work habits,
loyalty, productivity and member satisfaction. All Nominees will be
submitted to the Director of Human Resources on a “voting ballot”, and
the President will make the final decision. The Winner will be announced
at the staff meeting on the second Thursday of the month. Employees
must have been employed the entire quarter in order to be eligible for
nomination. The Winner will be awarded Super Performer plaque, lapel
pin, name and picture on lobby plaque, website recognition and one spin
on the “Prize Wheel”.

MVP of the Year
On December 1, each employee will “nominate” a co-worker from the quarterly Super Star winners. Consideration
is given to the employees attitude, team skills, work habits, loyalty, productivity and student satisfaction. All
Nominees will be submitted to the Director on a “voting ballot”, and the President will make the final decision. The
Winner will be announced at the company Christmas Party. Nominees must have been employed a minimum of
10 months to be eligible. The Winner will be awarded MVP of The Year plaque, lapel pin, name and picture on
lobby plaque, one spin on “Prize Wheel”, two days off with pay, press release in local newspaper, website
recognition, and “MVP “reserved parking spot.
