               Where are you stuck in your life?



               Do you find excuses as to why you are stuck?



               Ask a friend or loved-one if they feel that you
               complain often.



               Catch yourself the next time you have an urge
               to complain about anything.  Make it a 24-hour
               exercise.  You will notice a difference.



               Avoid  conversations  with  others  who  are
               complainers.  You may have to take a leave of
               absence for a day to accomplish this task.
