said to him the son of David? David himself said through the Holy Spirit in the
book of Psalms. The Lord God said to my Lord; sit on my right hand until I put
your enemies as a stool under your feet. If David then calls him Lord how can he
be his son? No man was able to answer him, and from that day no man dared to
question him. All the people heard him with pleasure.

Solomon

Then some of the men of the scribes and Pharisees answered and said to him,
Teacher, we would like to see a sign from you. The people were gathering and
Jesus began to say this evil and adulterous generation wants a sign. No sign will
be given to it except the sign of the prophet Jonah. Jonah was in the whale’s
belly three days and three nights. The Son of man will be in the hands of God
three days and three nights. Jonah was a sign to the Ninevites. The Son of man
will be a sign to this nation. The men of Nineveh will rise up in judgment against
this nation, find it guilty and condemn it. They repented through the preaching of
Jonah. One who is greater than Jonah is here. The queen of the south will rise
up in judgment with the men of this generation and find it guilty and condemn it.
She came from the far ends of the earth that she might hear Solomon’s wisdom.
One who is greater than Solomon is here.
Observe the wild flowers how they grow. They do not toil or get tired out nor do
they spin. I say to you that not even Solomon in all his glory was covered like one
of these. If God clothes in such fashion the grass of the field which today is and
tomorrow falls into the fireplace how much more is he to you.

Pharisees Moses Circumcision

Jesus answered saying to them I have done one work and all of you marvel.
Moses gave you circumcision of the heart not because it is from Moses but
because it is from the founding father Abram. You circumcise a man on the
Sabbath. If a man is circumcised on the eighth day which falls on the Sabbath
day the Law of Moses the law will not be broken. You murmur at me because I
healed a man and made him whole on the Sabbath day? Do not judge by
partiality but judge a just judgment. How much more import is a man than
circumcision and honoring the Sabbath Day.
