two years old and under, according to the time that he had inquired from the
Magi. Then was fulfilled what was said by the prophet Jeremiah who said, A
voice was heard in Ramah, weeping and wailing exceedingly, Rachel weeping
for her sons and she would not be comforted, because they could not be brought
                   back.

                                               Back to Nazareth of Galilee

When King Herod died, the angel of the Lord appeared in a dream to Joseph in
Egypt. He said to him, arise, take the boy and his mother, and go to the land of
Israel, for those who were seeking the boy’s life are dead. Joseph rose up, took
the boy and his mother. They came to the border of Judea. Joseph heard that
Archelaus had become king over Judea, in the place of his father Herod, he was
afraid to go there. It was revealed to him in a dream to go to the land of Galilee.
He came and dwelt again in Nazareth, so that what was said by the prophet
might be fulfilled. He shall be called a Nazarene.

                                                       12 Years Old

The boy grew and became strong in spirit, filled with wisdom; the grace of God
was upon him. His people went every year to Jerusalem during the feast of the
Passover. When he was twelve years old, they went up to the feast as they were
accustomed. When the feast days were over, they returned; but the boy Jesus
remained in Jerusalem; and Joseph and his mother did not know it. They thought
that he was with the children of their party; when they went a day’s journey, they
sought for him among their own people and those who knew them. They could
not find him; so, they returned again to Jerusalem, looking for him. After three
days, they found him in the Synagogue, sitting in the midst of the teachers,
listening to them and asking them questions. All those who heard him were
amazed at his wisdom and his answers. When they saw him they were
astonished? His mother said to him, my son, why have you done so to us? Your
father and I have been looking for you. He said to them, why were you looking for
me? Did you not know that I would be in the house of my Father?
Jesus grew in his stature and in his wisdom, and in favor with God and men.

Jesus Settled in Capernaum of Galilee

Jesus came and settled in Capernaum of Galilee, by the seaside, within the
borders of Zebulon and of Naphtali. that it might be fulfilled, which was said by
