Part I
John the Baptist
The boy grew and became strong in spirit; He was in the wilderness until the
day of his appearance. The Word of God came to John, son of Zacharias in
the Wilderness. Birth Place of Jesus
Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judah, in the days of Herod the king; there came
Magi from the East to Jerusalem. They were saying, where is the King of the
Jews, who has been born? We have seen his star in the East. We have come to
worship him. When Herod the king heard, it he shuddered and all Jerusalem with
him. Herod gathered together all the high priests and the scribes of the Jews. He
asked them where the Christ would be born. They said In Bethlehem of Judah,

our Father. I say to you that God will rise up Sons to him from these stones. The
axe is already fixed at the root of the trees; therefore, every tree which issue

John, attested when the Jews sent to him priests and Levitt’s from Jerusalem to
ask him, who are you? He acknowledged and announced I am not the Christ
Then they said to him, who are you? That we may give an answer to those who
sent us; what do you say concerning yourself are you Elijah? He said I am the
spokesman in the wilderness cultivating the way of the Lord and directed to shed
light on the Word of the Lord. Let the humble rise up and the arrogant and
