Mango tree in backyard……………
After father‟s death Amma Jee shifted to Faridabad. Divisha &
Saksham got rare opportunity to learn Indian value system and
about Mother Nature.
They experimented newer things and once could germinate
sapling from seed of a relished mango.
On careful plantation, subsequently it bore fruits having
intense flavor of formative years. Tree is still flourishing tall;
eagerly waiting for those who sow it and now flew away.
I often listen to the tree when it sways in wind, its leaves
revealing secrets, bark sings songs of good old days and
roots recite names of all those who brought it to existence.
