Two basic examples of communication; internal and external communications. Internal communication
is the interaction between the user and the computer system; giving commands to the computer
system. External communication however is the interaction between the user and a second or more
than one user at a distance location over the internet with the use of a computer system.
Communication is a ´Gateway´ to many internet users. It gives many users the time and the chance to
interact, socially and publically on the internet. Communication has advantageously given many users
the ability to speak publically.

from January 2017, there will be more
than 3.7 billion email users worldwide
by the end of the year. That means
that nearly 54% of the entire planet is
currently using email. To visualize a
comparison growth rate, the same
group reported about 1.9 billion
worldwide users in May of 2009 and
projects that the number will reach 4.1
billion by 2021. How Many Gmail Users
Are There? Google had over 1 billion
monthly active users in early 2016. In May of 2015, they had 900 million users worldwide, which was
even higher than their 2012 report of around 426 million monthly active users. Most online blogs and
websites or social networking websites are linked to email and accept email policies.
Many online websites across the globe uses email as a protection (Verification) to their own online
websites. Meaning, users who do not accept the policy may restrict access to the website. Emails are
basically used by online website builders or online business companies to secure their data or user’s
data. Email verification makes sure that the Information provided by the user is correct and therefore
are from the right source. Emails are mostly used by business companies to send and receive large range
of data, either by data attachment or typing. It is used in many education facilities to send assignments
to students and to send or inform parents about their children records or behavior or to give them an
invoice (schools fees, etc.) Emails are also used in E-commerce facilities to notify users or buyers about
their new online products. Typical example is ‘Black Friday’. During this period, emails are sent to buyers
