KEY FEATURES OF YOUR PENSION PLAN

Â Contributing employers make all contributions to the plan; you
are not required nor permitted to make contributions.

Â You earn a right to your pension benefit after you complete 5
years of service. This is known as “vesting.”

Â Several payment options are available. Generally, all options
pay monthly benefits for your lifetime.
Â Your pension benefit is insured, up to certain limits, by the
Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, a U.S. Government
                   corporation.
