Opened in 1961, Gentz Marina was located on the east
side of Catfish Creek (which I could not locate this
creek on any old maps unfortunately-maybe the channel
around Belle Maer Harbor??). Gentz also had a small
store, the Stop and Shop. The marina was sold in 1978.
