The drills and exercises are followed by a review session with an appropriate report
prepared to ensure that learning points are captured.
Performance Appraisal
The performance of all staff is monitored and formally appraised annually by their
respective supervisors or managers. The appraisal process is used to identify
strengths and weakness of the staff. Appropriate training and counselling can then
be provided to improve the areas of weaknesses.
