NOTE.—Estates will be posted in tauzi number serial order and the estate bundles will be
arranged in the same order. In column 4 the nature of the case will be entered, i.e.
partition, settlement, etc. The remarks column should show when any papers are
destroyed.

9. Date of receipt by the record-keeper, with his signature.
10. Room number.
11. Rack number.
12. Shelf number.
13. Compartment number.
14. Number of bundles.
15. Years in which the last kist of the award is payable or in which certificate under section 21 of
the Bengal Agricultural Debtors Act expires whichever is later
16. Date of destruction, with the signature of the record-keeper.
