2.0 PROJECTING SIGNS

The preferred projecting sign is the internally illuminated version.
For all versions of the projecting sign, the graphics must be identical on both sides i.e. the
domino tile to slope upwards from bottom left to top right, ( Single dot at the top) on both
sides. THEY ARE NOT MIRROR IMAGES.

2.1 Internally Illuminated Aluminium Projecting Sign ( Preferred)

2.1.1 Projecting sign having panel sizes as drawing.

2.1.2 Case constructed from 125mm wide extruded aluminium having at least
one edge removable.

2.1.3 Carcass and wall back plate with 2no. 37.5mm circular aluminium space
bars, all painted RAL 7043 Traffic Grey.

2.1.4 Sign to stand off from the wall to the edge of the projector by 125mm.

2.1.5 An internal centre panel of 5mm Foamex is to be fitted to take two sets
of LED modules, for even illumination both sides.

2.1.6 Face panels to be from 3mm opal acrylic with applied Avery Dark Grey
759 vinyl, stencil‐cut to show the tile logo in translucent red Mactac
9758‐06 and translucent blue Mactac 9738‐05 on translucent white
leaving a 5mm white border all round, together with white “Domino’s”
vinyl letters.

2.2 Externally Illuminated Aluminium Projecting Sign

Panels constructed from folded aluminium, 25mm returns all round to
each panel, fitted to an internal support carcass and wall back plate with
2no. 37.5mm circular aluminium space bars, all painted RAL 7043 grey.
