2.2.2 Back of House Floor Finish
Vinyl sheet safety floor (Altro Impressionist II –
Mineral) everywhere EXCEPT the customer area.

All areas behind the counter line, except under
the coldroom, must have the Altro coved up
the walls to a nominal height of at least 200mm.
If floors are out of level then the cove height/
tiling must be varied so that the Altro upstand
is NEVER less than 150mm high on the wall. If it
is less than 50mm then the bottom row of tiles
will be cracked by impact from dough dolly’s in
operation, and the main contractor will be held
liable.

Vinyl sheet flooring is to be laid out to minimise
the number of joints and provide the best visual
appearance.

Vinyl sheet must not be coved up walls behind
the cold room.
