All back of house walls that are not visible from
the customer area should be finished with
hygienic cladding. All walls must be suitably
prepared to accept the hygienic cladding
finish.

All tiled corners (both vertical and horizontal)
should have black PVC straight edged trim
10mm wide in black. However, the black trim
may be omitted if the tile joint is cloaked by a
stainless steel finishing trim.

Where the sneeze screen glazing meets white
tiled wall, a white powder coated 20mm
channel is to be used vertically, inset within the
tile depth. (Available from Icon). The channel is
to run the entire height from counter to ceiling.
The glass should be secured with a WHITE glazing
gasket.
