                French politicians kept in their mind of this loss that comes

            river to be the partition line, as the Trinh and Nguyen domestic
            warfare period time from 1600 to 1802 for both fragmentary rule
            forces.

                Ho-Chi-Minh  established  the  capital  Hanoi  in  North
            Vietnam and brought the heavy policies of interference into his
            cabinet  from  USSR  and  Chinese  Communist  party.  Those
            interference policies also were the main cause of the dangerous
            situations in Vietnam’s future...!


                French colonial was preparing to withdraw their troops out
            of  Vietnam after they had heavy losses, while American CIA
            set up their spies to stay in the North. French let King Bao-Dai
            back with his old situation to lead the people in South Vietnam
            and erected Saigon to be the capital with the help of American
            politicians.  Mrs.  Ngo-Dinh-Diem  was  Prime  minister  of
            Government, then become the first Vietnam president at 1956.

                General Vo-Nguyen-Giap carried the halo of Dien-Bien-Phu
