Section 4: Student Registration and Course Enrollment
10. Student Registration
10.1 Applicants who are admitted to the Institution are required to complete the
registration by themselves within the date, time and place designated by the Institute.
10.2 Applicants shall have formal student status after completing the registration
process and paying the required registration and tuition fees.
10.3 For the first year student, the student is required to enroll subjects of study in
accordance with the curriculum.
10.4 Applicants who cannot complete their registration on the date and time specified
by the Institution have to notify the Office of Registrar in writing, otherwise it will be considered as
a renouncement.
10.5 The former students of the Institution can re-apply by following the announcement
of Institute.
11. Course Enrollment
11.1 The Institute shall arrange the course enrollment period to be completed before
each semester starts.
11.2 In case of necessity, the Institute may, within first 7days of regular semester or the
first 3 days of summer session, cancel or limit the number of students for specific class, where full
refunds shall be given to students already registered.
11.3 The number of credits that a student can register shall be in accordance with the
rules as follows:
11.3.1 A student must register at least 9 credits and no more than 22 credits in a
regular semester. Students who are placed on academic probation must
register at least 9 credits and no more than 16 credits. For summer
session, students must register no more than 9 credits.
11.3.2 Students who want to register higher or lower credits stated above in
Clause 11.3.1 shall receive the approval of their faculty’s dean.
11.4 The student must not enroll in any two or more subjects that lectures or
examinations are scheduled at the same time.
11.5 In order to enroll in courses that require prerequisite courses, student must
complete prerequisite courses first.
