22. The evaluation of each subject shall be classified into different grading that have the
meaning and grade points as follows:
Grade Meaning Grade Point
A Excellent 4.0
B+ Very Good 3.5
B Good 3.0
C+ Above Average 2.5
C Average 2.0
D+ Poor 1.5
D Very Poor 1.0
F Fail 0
The grade “F” can be given in the following cases:
22.1 Student has taken the examination, but fail.
22.2 Student does not attend the final examination.
22.3 Student violates the examination’s rules and is penalized to fail.
23. In addition to the above grading, the following letter(s) shall be given to subject that fall
into each category.
W (Withdrawal) means a withdrawal of the subject or annulled by the Institute.
I (Incomplete) means the assessment is not complete.
S (Satisfactory) means the result of the study or examination is satisfactory.
U (Unsatisfactory) means the result of the study or examination is unsatisfactory
and the student has to re-register and repeat the study to
change U to S
NC (No Credit) means specially registered subject and credits are not counted.
CS (Credits from Standardized Test) means credits from standardized test.
CE (Credits from Exam) means credits from exam, but not standardized test.
CT (Credits from Training) means credits from evaluating training results
organized by other organization which is not
a higher education institution.
CP (Credits from Portfolio) means credits from records of past work and
achievement from the portfolio.
