Hi,

Firstly thank you for taking the time to read the first

of what will hopefully be many editions of the
Healthy Family Healthy Budget Magazine. I hope
you find the contents helpful, inspiring and most of

all delicious.

I am not a trained medical professional, nor am I an
expert in any field; I am trying to share with you
some of the tools that I have learned and use during
my journey to a healthier lifestyle; without breaking
the bank.

Like most families on a single wage, money is tight
in our house and when I first started my journey I
believed the common misconception that eating
healthy and removing toxins from my life was going

to be expensive; and it can be. However with the
right advice, guidance and planning; you can live a
healthy lifestyle on a budget.

So please, sit down with a cuppa (or a wine) and
enjoy this edition and I hope you find something in

here that is helpful to you and I look sending you the
Summer Edition in just a couple of months time.
