REPORT RCTMT CLUB ASSEMBLY No. 3

ATTENDANCE:- Total Attendance 45 nos.

FELLOWSHIP:- All those present enjoyed bonding with delicious Hot Snacks , Tea & Coffee.
MEETING:- The Meeting was called to order by Club President followed by the National Anthem.

MINUTES OF MEETING:-

 The Presidents welcomed all the attendees & briefed regarding the agenda for the meet. He then
st
presented his report on the projects & the club activities carried out in the past 6 months since 1 of
July till end December 2019.
Special mention of receiving trophies from District 3142 in past 6 months and also trophies of ROTAL
winners were displayed for all to see.
President announced the formation of our two new partners in service clubs , one Interact & one
Rotract club in the coming month.

 President then requested Director International Rtn. Santosh Bade to inform all about the present
status of the application Of the first Global Grant of RCTMT.

 IPP Satish Kothare and Rtn. Nitin Thakkar informed all regarding the Upcoming Box Cricket
tournament in which our club is participating and urged all members to be a part of this event which

is being held on 11 . & 12 January.

 President then requested PP Rtn. Suhas Patkar To come up on the dais and inform all about the
planned installation of a New Interact club of RCTMT at Maharashtra Vidyalay Thane.

 President Rajendra Zende then handed over the proceedings to PE Rtn. Sanjay Joglekar to take over
and announce his BOD for the Rotary Year 20120-21.

 PE Rtn. Sanjay Joglekar introduced himself to all and shared his experience of the just concluded PRE
PETS which he attended at Pune. He then announced and called on the dais his BOD members for RY
2020-21 for a Joint Photo Secession.

 The secretarial announcements were followed by VOT by PP Rtn. Milind Ballal and the meeting was
adjourned.
