 FOLLOWING IMPORTANT RESOLUTATIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE BIRLA VANYA (CENTURY
ESTATES) PROJECT WERE PASSED AND ACCEPTED BY THE ASSEMBLY, THESE RESOLULATIONS
WILL REMAIN IN FORCE TILL THE COMPLETE UTILIZATION OF THE Rs. 5.87 Cr. TERM GIFT FROM
(CENTURY ESTATES).

1) RESOLVED THAT:- As stipulated by RI Guidelines & as per MOU with CENTURY ESTATES -
Formation of 6 Member Executive committee consisting of Rtn. Rajendra Zende, Rtn Santosh
Bade, Rtn. Dr. Sanyam Gadkari, Rtn. Rajendra Thakor, Rtn. Harmeet Gulati, Rtn. Diwakar Rai.
2) RESOLVED THAT:- In addition to the above, from the Rotary year 01 July 2020 each year’s Club
President will be additional committee member, till his/her tenor as the Club President.
3) RESOLVED THAT:- The Club President is hereby authorised to convey the new Club President’s
name to the bank on or before 1st July of each year.
4) RESOLVED THAT:- As required by the norms / guidelines of RI for Global Grants a separate bank
account for each for the GG shall be opened in TJSB and current Club President of that year will
be one of the signatories along with 2 other from the executive committee viz. Rtn. Rajendra
Zende, Rtn. Santosh Bade, Rtn. Rajendra Thakor operated by any 2 signatories.
5) RESOLVED THAT:- The Names of the separate bank accounts for present 2 GG shall be as “Rotary
Club Of Thane Midtown GG 2096480” And “Rotary Club Of Thane Midtown GG 2096791”
6) RESOLVED THAT:- After the purpose of these bank accounts is completed, these accounts shall be
closed without any further separate resolution or instructions.

 The secretarial announcements were followed by VOT by Rtn. Sanjay Joglekar. and the meeting was
adjourned.
