President Zende was thankful to PP MIlind Ballal for giving the necessary media coverage to RCTMT
                       in his publications.
 President then requested Director International Rtn. Santosh Bade to explain all about the Birlas
                       Vanya Project.
To start with IPP Satish Kothare informed everyone regarding the cheque from Birla has been received
at RISAO office and that a provisional Global Grant (GG) Number will be intimated soon.
 Rtn. Santosh Bade further continued with an excellent very professionally done self explanatory
presentation & explained the attendees in totality about the Birla Fund status and in detail the Fund
Flow sequence from Birla Foundation to Rotary foundation to RCTMT Project account . He further
explained the advantages of routing the Term Gift of Birlas thru Rotary Foundation rather than
directly taking the same in to club account. The surplus funds generated by routing the Term gift from
Birlas to Rotary Foundation would be a substantial amount and the same can be used for other
projects by the club in areas other than specified by the Birlas. He further elaborated on the steps
being taken by the present President in order to streamline the whole process by forming special
executive as well as an advisory committee , the number of visits done so far in meeting various clubs
from Kalyan / Ulhasnagar to analyse the requirements in their region, site visits done from time to
time to ensure the exact needs, the process of calling for quotations & analysis of the same by the
executive committee members. IN ALL TILL DATE A TOTAL OF 32 MANDAYS HAVE BEEN INVESTED IN
                       THE WHOLE PROCESS.
 It was made clear to the all that as per RI guidelines we need to open separate account for individual
GG bearing the GG No. for which we have already spoken to the TJSB Bank and taken their
concurrence for multiple project accounts under RCTMT PAN.
 To a query from PP Rtn. Milind Ballal regarding possibility of routing the excess funds generated thru
the GG process thru the club trust to generate corpus for the trust… it was made clear by the President
& Rtn. Santosh Bade that as per the guidelines of RI for Global Grant it was not possible.
 Club Sec. Rtn. Rajendra Thakor informed regarding the proposal under The Rotary India Literacy
Mission (RILM) to support the NEERJA group for the Anganwadi Project in Nasik / Igatpuri region by
