lifting of the lockdown. Regarding the approval for the 2 application we are not in hurry as that work
can be done in monsoon also.

 PE Rtn Sanjay Joglekar thanked & praised President Zendeji and Rtn. Santosh Bade for the hard work
and efforts they have put behind these GG Projects and applauded them.

 Next President informed all regarding the status of My Rotary registrations of club members and was
happy to announce that our club is now 100% registered on ROW AND Also on My Rotary. To which
all applauded the president for his efforts in achieving this target.

 President next appealed to all directors to become PHF Members and also set a target and work
towards making the club 100% PHF. To which Rtn. Harmeet Gulati asked for the working of each
member indicating balance amount to achieve PHF status. Rtn. Santosh Bade informed that this is
available with our TRF director Rtn. Nitin Kelkar and the same will be shared soon for the benefit of
all.

 Lastly Dir. Int. Rtn. Santosh Bade informed all regarding an offer from an African club for doing a GG
project in Africa, asking everyone to think over it and mentioning that it will be good to do some work
internationally as it will be a feather in the cap of RCTMT as only two clubs in Thane are presently
doing such projects.

The meeting was concluded by a VOT by the Club Secretary.
