RCTMT 7 . BOD MEETING.

DATE:- 28 . January 2020
VENUE:- Hotel Renaissance Powai, Mumbai.

TIME:- 8.30 Pm onwards.

ATTENDANCE :- Total 15 including Club Pr. & Club Sec.

Being the first BOB Meet of New Year 2020, President and Senior Member Mr. Harishbhai Agarwal decided to
hold the meet at an 5 Star Location hence we selected the Renaissance as the Venue.

MINUTES OF MEETING:-

 The President address to the BOD regarding the agenda for the meet. He then presented his report
on the projects & the club activities carried out in the month of January 2020. Club Secretary R.K read
the minutes of the last meeting held on …. After approval of the same the said minutes were signed
by the Club President & Club Secretary.
 The Main Agenda of the application status of the first ever Global Grant of RCTMT was discussed at
length with active participation of all the members.
 Rtn. Santosh Bade explained all regarding the present status of the revised application and also the
work being done by the execution committee on the next Trench of grant which is in pipeline.
 The most important announcement of todays Meet was that of Rtn. Dr. Sanyam Gadkari. It was about
his family donation to Rotary Endowment fund of USD 25000/- to which all applauded and
congratulated Dr. Sanyam for the great act, thus becoming a Major Donor of the club.
 Rtn. Milind Ballal acknowledged the devotion, involvement , special efforts & hard work put
in by Rtn. Santosh Bade and the hard work put in by the executive committee of Birla Vanya
Global Grant project.
 Rtn. Santosh Bade and Rtn. Nitin Kelkar stressed the need for making the club 100% PHF club and
urged the president to plan for the same in the coming months. Rtn. Santosh Bade reminded all about
the efforts taken by PP Suhas Patkar during his presidential year and showed high regards showering
praises for his efforts for collecting TRF in his unique style.

The meeting was concluded by a VOT by the President.
