RCTMT 4 . BOD MEETING.

VENUE:- President Rtn. Zende Residence, Prestige Garden, Nitin Co. Compound, Thane (W)

TIME:- 8 PM Onwards.

ATTENDANCE:- Total 14 including Club Pr. & Club Sec.

MINUTES OF MEETING:-

 The Presidents welcomed all the attendees & briefed regarding the agenda for the meet. He then
presented his report on the projects & the club activities carried out in the month of October 2019.
 Club Secretary R.K read the minutes of the last meeting held on …. After approval of the same the said
minutes were signed by the Club President & Club Secretary.
 At the request of the President Rtn. Santosh Bade explained about the importance of Polio Fund along
with TRF.
 Hon Membership of Rtn. Kailash Jethani was discussed among the BOD , with the members expressing
their individual opinion & views on the matter. However there was no conclusive decision taken on
the matter.
 At the request of the President Rtn. Santosh Bade explained the BOD about the Birla Fund status and
in detail the Fund Flow sequence from Birla Foundation to Rotary foundation to RCTMT Project
account . He further explained the advantages of routing the Term Gift of Birlas thru Rotary Foudation
rather than directly taking the same directly in to club account. The surplus funds generated by routing
the Term gift from Birlas to Rotary Foundation would be a substantial amount and the same can be
used for other projects by the club in areas other than specified by the Birlas. For this the President
requested the BOD to suggest projects which can be carried out in other regions.
 It was made clear to the BOD that as per RI guidelines we need to open separate account for
individual GG bearing the GG No. for which we have already spoken to the TJSB Bank and taken their
concurrence for multiple project accounts under RCTMT PAN.
 Club Sec. Rtn. Rajendra Thakor informed the BOD regarding the proposal to support the NEERJA group
for the Anganwadi Project in Nasik / Igatpuri region by providing various motivational / educational
material to the needy anganwadis.
 President informed the BOD regarding the Installation ceremony of RCTMT Sponsored RC of Imperial
th
on 24 .November 2019 . Venue will be informed latter.
 Rtn. Siddhart Suryarao informed the BOD regarding 2 new members ready to join our club thru his
reference. The CV’s will be circulated soon for all to know.
 The meeting was concluded by a VOT by the President, followed by sumptuous dinner served by the
first lady.
