RCTMT 2 . BOD MEETING.

VENUE:- Laghu Sabhagruh , Shiv Samarth Vidyalay, R. M . Road, Thane west.

TIME:- 9.30 Pm onwards.

ATTENDANCE :- Total 10 including Club Pr. & Club Sec.

MINUTES OF MEETING:-

 The Presidents address to the BOD regarding the agenda for the meet. He then presented his report
on the projects & the club activities carried out in the month of August 2019. Viz.
1) Participation in The All India Dance Competition held at Thane.
2) Participation in Community Carnival Event organised by Thane Vaibhav at Kashinath Ghanekar
Hall. Setup of RCTMT Stall & spreading awareness about and Brand Marketing of Rotary to
common public. We had printed and distributed 1000 hand outs with a QR code on it as per rotary
international norms.
3) Promotion of Rotractors event at Thane college and giving citation & certificates to participants.
It was a Rotractors scouting activity and we could enroll almost 20 Rotractors.
4) Formation of our new Rotractor club and its activities.

5) Participation in the 3D Walkathon event on 15 September for branding and making the presence
of Rotary felt in the community. We get good media Coverage & PR Millage
6) Organising up coming Ganesh Utsav Competition in collaboration with Thane Vaibhav.
7) Formation of New Club was discussed were by our club will sponsor the basic necessary
requirements need to form the new club and do the handholding till it stabilises to function on its
own.

All the above points were discussed in details by equal participation of all the directors present and
unanimously passed in the meeting.
