ATTENDANCE :- Total 15 including Club Pr. & Club Sec.

MINUTES OF MEETING:-

 The Presidents address to the BOD regarding the agenda for the meet. He then presented his report
on the projects & the club activities carried out in the month of December 2019.
 The Main Agenda of the application status of the first ever Global Grant of RCTMT was discussed at
length with active participation of all the members.
 Rtn. Santosh Bade explained all regarding the present application and also the work being done by
the execution committee on the next Trench of grant which is in pipeline.
 The formation of two new partners in service clubs i.e one Interact and one Rotract club were
discussed and accepted by the BOD.
 The meeting was concluded by a VOT by the President.
