RCTMT 3 . BOD MEETING.

VENUE:- Harishbhai Board room, Agarwal Estate, Manpada, Thane west.

TIME:- 7.30 pm onwards.

ATTENDANCE :- Total 13 including Club Pr. & Club Sec.

MINUTES OF MEETING:-

 The Presidents welcomed all the attendees & briefed regarding the agenda for the meet. He then
presented his report on the projects & the club activities carried out in the month of September 2019.
 Club Secretary R.K read the minutes of the last meeting held on …. After approval of the same the said
minutes were signed by the Club President & Club Secretary.
 President Informed everyone present regarding the appreciation received by the club from Dist 3142
for hosting successfully the PR/PI seminar, The Sangli Flood relief project in collaboration with another
district.
 President also informed about participation of our club was the Platinium host for the Dist. Seminar
on TRF , IPP Satish was felicitated for receiving the ist instalment of Rs. 57 Lakhs from the Birla
Foundation which he handed over to the DG.
 President announced the need for forming a core committee for the execution of projects against the
funds we will receive from the Birla foundation.
 President announced the formation of the New Club which will be sponsored by RCTMT.
 It was decided to have a family night celebration on occasion of Kojagiri Pournima at Harishbhai Farm

house at Manpada on the 13 October.
All the above points were discussed in details by equal participation of all the directors present and
unanimously passed in the meeting.
