RCTMT 8 . URGENT BOD MEETING.

DATE:- 5 . March 2020
VENUE:- Harishbhai Agarwal Farmhouse, Chitalsar, Manpada, Thane west.

TIME:- 8.30 Pm onwards.

ATTENDANCE :- Total 15 including Club Pr. & Club Sec.

MINUTES OF MEETING:-
 The President address to the BOD regarding the agenda for the meet. He then presented his report
on the projects & the club activities carried out in the month of Febuary 2020. Club Secretary R.K read

the minutes of the last meeting held on 28 January 2020. After approval of the same the said
minutes were signed by the Club President & Club Secretary.

 The Main Agenda of the urgent BOD that is the detailed planning for the first ever Global Grant of
RCTMT i.e Handing over of the Dialysis Machine at Holy cross hospital Kalyan, MMR & Rubella

Awarness & Vaccination, LN4 & End Thalassemia on 12 March and its status was discussed at length
with active participation of all the members.

 President reiterated the importance of the day as this is first time ever that TRF Trustee & Director RI
are coming together for inaugurating a CLUB event which is being appreciated the entire district,
Hence he urged everyone to make it a point to be present and also insisted that each BOD member
should get one member with him to the ceremony so that we are in majority and large numbers.

 Rtn. Santosh Bade explained all regarding the present status of the fresh application and also the work
being done by the execution committee on the next Trench of grant which is in pipeline.

The meeting was concluded by a VOT by the President.
