MINUTES OF MEETING:-
 Club President Zende ji thanked Rtn. Shirish Kelkar for hosting todays E-Meet via Zoom App. He then
addressed the BOD regarding the agenda for the meet & presented his report on the projects & the
club activities carried out in the month of March 2020.

 Coming to the main Agenda of the BOD Club President informed all directors that at times of the
current CORONA crisis as part of District Grant we will Donate PPE Kits to TMC. These PPE Kits are
Approved by the Haffkin Institute.

 On the request of the ZP Collector we are providing Ready Made Food Packets consisting of Dal & Rice
grains to the needy in the Tribal areas of Murbad Taluka near Dhasai Village . These food packets will
be supplied thru an approved vendor by the name “Association for Nutrition and Development
Action” (ANNADA). Rtn. Sanyam Gadkari advised to look into the possibility of adding Chikki to the
food packets if the budget permits as it enhances the nutrition content, to which the president replied
in affirmative.

 On the query of PE Rtn. Sanjay Joglekar that do we need any volunteers for this activity, Pr. Zendeji
informed that Our club members are most welcome to go along with the ZP Vehicle for the
distribution but at a time only one person will be allowed and if some one wants to go by his or her
own vehicle than also only one person per vehicle will be allowed.

 On the Query of the Budget and Funding for these projects Pr. Zende ji explained that the total budget
for the above 2 projects is approximately Rs. 2.6 lakhs of which 50 % will be reimbursed by the District
after completion of the activity. He also informed the BOD that Our Club RCTMT Trust has been
generous enough and agreed to sponsor Rs. 60 to 70 Thousand for the cause.

 Rtn Santosh Bade informed that the Club budget is Approx Rs. 1 lakh for PPE & Rs.60 Thousand for
the Food Packets).

 Regarding the Status of the Birla Vanya Global Grant Projects Pr. Zendeji informed the BOD that at
present there are 2 GG application in process and which are already uploaded for approval to RI. No.1)
Construction of two Check Dams near Titwala. And No. 2) Rain water Harvesting in 10 Plus Schools in
Kalyan and adjoining areas. Both these applications are in advanced stage of approval and we can
expect the approval for the Check dams in a couple of days and the work can start immediately on
