RCTMT 5 . BOD MEETING. DATE:-28 . November 2019
VENUE:- President Rtn. Zende Residence, Prestige Garden, Nitin Co. Compound, Thane (W)
TIME:- 8 PM Onwards.
ATTENDANCE:- Total 12 including Club Pr. & Club Sec.
MINUTES OF MEETING:-
 The Presidents welcomed all the attendees & briefed regarding the agenda for the meet. He then
presented his report on the projects & the club activities carried out in the month of November 2019.
 Club President Informed regarding the Health Status of Our Senior Rotarian Vrushali Deshpande and
the requirement of Blood to be donated at Jupiter Hospital, all present expressed their concern &
wished for her speedy recovery.
 Club President then informed regarding the Upcoming Home Gardening project initiative for
Environment conservation & protection.
 At the request of the Club President Rtn. Santosh Bade read and discussed with all regarding the
various International Fellowship which can be taken up by our members and insisted to educate all
regarding the multiple options available so that maximum of our members can join for International
Fellowship in specific areas of their interest.
 At the request of the President Rtn. Nitin Kelkar urged the need for donating for TRF and the Polio
Fund and Informed all regarding receipt of USD 2000 Donation from Dr. Datta & Bharati Panandikar.
Rtn. Viren Tipnis donated a cheque of USD 1000 for TRF at the BOD , the gesture was appreciated by
all present.
 Rtn. Santosh Bade stressed for making our club 100% PHF and urged the members to convince all the
members for donating to achieve the target of 100% PHF club.
 Rtn. Santosh Bade explained the BOD about the Birla Fund and the status of progress achieved in
roping in foreign partner clubs to become part of the Global Grant.
 PP Rtn. Arvind Datar suggested of providing each of the Members with a Club ID Smart Card, which
will give a sense of Pride & belongingness to each members. Club President informed all that this was

in his agenda and shall distribute the same on 26 . January.
 Club President informed all regarding the upcoming Rotary India Centennial celebration event at
Kolkatta and insisted for maximum participation. He also informed all regarding DISCON and urged
for maximum participation from our club.
 Club Sec. Rtn. Rajendra Thakor informed the BOD regarding the proposal to support the NEERJA group
for the Anganwadi Project in Nasik / Igatpuri region by providing various motivational / educational
material to the needy anganwadis.
 President informed the BOD regarding the upcoming 2 events of our club.

1) Family Night planned on 6 . December 2019 at Hotel Vihangs In, Ghodbunder road.
Rtn. Harmeet Gulati explained the details of the planned Event to all the BOD.

2) Installation ceremony of RCTMT Sponsored RC of Imperial on 15 . December 2019.
 Rtn. Siddhart Suryarao rendered the VOT thanking the president for the well planned meeting , all the
Board Members for their presence and the First Lady for the delicious sumptuous snacks served at
the beginning of the Meeting.
