Asiatic lion also known as the Indian lion
The Asiatic lion is classified as endangered. They are confined to Gir National Park and the Wildlife
Sanctuary in the Indian State of Eujarat. They have a long fold of skin on their belly and their ears are
always visible. Males have a moderate mane.
