Shrimp Salad

            1 head of lettuce

            ½ cucumber

            3 tomatoes


            ½ tin of asparagus

            100 g green peas

            200 g shrimps

            2 dl sour cream

            Salt, pepper


            Fresh, cut dill

            Bread and butter



            1)    Rinse and cut the lettuce, the cucumber and the tomatoes.

            2)    Arrange the vegetables and the shrimps on a dish

            3)    Mix sour cream with salt, pepper and cut dill

            4)    Serve the salad with homebaked bread, butter and the dressing.
