Fish`n Chips (Children`s favourite)

            8 potatoes

            2 ts oliveoil

            0regano, salt


            4 fillets of plaice

            Breadcrumbs, salt and pepper

            1 egg

            Butter








            1)    Peel the potatoes and cut them in quaters.

            2)    Shake the potatoes with oliveoil, salt and oregano in a plastic bag. 3)
                    Put them in the oven and leave them to fry for about 30 min on 180` 4)

                    Dip the fish in egg and breadcrumbs with salt and pepper.

            5)    Fry the fish in butter.

            6)    Serve potatoes and fish with lemon, remoulade and ketchup
