Solution Development Process

 • A business case should include assumptions and benefits

 • A Solution Business Impact Index lists solutions and business priorities and ranks
      solutions according to impact

 • The result of establishing goals, objectives and smart objectives in an
organization is to have results measured against KPIs

 • The assumptions that are defined when you create the business case should
reflect those factors or activities that are not yet known but require some estimate
or basis to develop a credible business case

 • Identifying solution interdependencies allows for the assessment of risks and
opportunities in situations involving integration and critical prerequisites

 • Factors to consider when determining solutions include risk, technology
capability, and business capability, based on customer priorities
