        AND TOOLS
        technologies are  being developed by Rosatom,  VIAM,  VILS.
        The Scientific Center for Powder Materials Science (NCPM) at
        the  Perm  Scientific  Research  Polytechnic  University  (PNPIU)
        operates on the German laboratory setup ALD VIGA-2B, which
        creates  metal powders  and  gas  dynamic  spray  alloys.  They
        bought an AM machine in 2011, and launched it only in April
        2014.
               One of the pioneers in creating laser printers is Tomsk
        Polytechnic University. TPU is equipped with an electron-beam
        fusion  printer  (electron-beam),  a  laser  printer,  printers  for
        reinforced  composites,  as  well as  an  ultrasound  tomograph
        that provides non-destructive testing of finished products. It
        is believed that additive manufacturing technologies for parts,
        devices and equipment of ships will occupy a worthy place in
        shipbuilding.
