ABSTRACT The paper aims to empirically measured and evaluated on Polytechnic Students’ readiness
level towards Blended Learning Mode in Teaching and learning process in Polytechnic METro Kuala
Lumpur. The data were collected through survey questionnaire that consists of 20 items mainly
focusing on the role of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence and facilitating
conditions on Polytechnics students’ readiness level towards using Blended-Learning Mode in
teaching and learning process. The respondents were Polytechnic METro Kuala Lumpur students from
Semester One to Semester 3 who were in the institution at the time research been conducted. Data
was analyzed using descriptive statistics and Structured Equation Modelling. The results found that
facilitating condition significantly influences the students’ readiness towards blended learning.
