Superset with hanging leg raises
Techniques: Bring your legs down as slow as possible to feel
your core working every muscle.
B2: Hanging Leg Raises
5 sets until failure
Beginners: Substitute with Roman chair knee raises
After completing superset, rest 60 seconds.
Techniques: Maintain a steady position, while brining your
legs straight in front. If too difficult, simply raise your knees
instead. 18
