             Metabolic



                    circuit











             Perform circuit for a total of 5 rounds. Rest 90
      seconds between each round. Should take you no

               longer than 60 mins. to complete the circuit



                                   A1: Box Jump: 1min.. No rest

                       Techniques: Land gently on your feet



                                               A2: Parallel Bar Dips

                                                       1 min. No rest
         Beginners: substitute wirh assisted dip machine                                                                                   20

            Techniques: Keep elbows in and core straight



                                          A3: Explosive Push-Ups

                                                        1min. No rest
                                 Beginners: Push-ups on knees

      Techniques: Explode up as much as possible, and

                                    finish with a  gentle landing
