                                                                                                  force the body to regrow. Trust me, you'll
                                                                                                  feel the burn ten times more this way.


                                                                                                  Be aware of your rest time. Remember
                                                                                                  that your body performs at its peak level
                                                                                                  in a span of 45 mins.
                                                                                                  You also want to avoid your muscles
                                                                                                  cooling down and to ensure that your
                                                                                                  heart rate is constantly elevated for
