TRAINING TIPS
Try and superset with the same muscle
group. This allows you to reach muscle
failure a lot quicker, which means you
will tear the most muscle fibers and
force the body to regrow. Trust me, you'll
feel the burn ten times more this way.
Be aware of your rest time. Remember
that your body performs at its peak level
in a span of 45 mins.
You also want to avoid your muscles
cooling down and to ensure that your
heart rate is constantly elevated for

maximum results.
You can have the most basic or
advanced workout plan, but it ultimately
comes down to the intensity that you
bring to each session that will determine
your results. Focus on giving everything
you have and making sure to leave each
session feeling satisfied. As soon as you
gain that sense of accomplishment,
you'll always want to come back for
more. And that's where true progress
is made.
