Fat loss, generally speaking comes down to your
nutrition. By utilizing the metabolic enhancing
nutrition program with Phase Two, you will be well
on your way to amazing results. Remember that
training alone will not provide you with optimal
results. Think about it, training is 1 hour out of your
day, while nutrition is the other 16 hours you're
awake.
With that being said, there are specific training
styles that you can incorporate to speed up the fat 2
loss process: this program is all about training smart
and effectively. You will be performing supersets, 1
metabolic circuit a week and HIIT training to turn
your body into a fat burning machine!
