IN THE YELLOW ECO POINT CAN I PUT EVERYTHING THAT IS
PLASTIC, METAL AND SIMILAR MATERIALS?

NO. in the yellow eco point you should only put plastic or metal
packaging. Another type of objects that, despite being of these
materials may not be recyclable, contaminate the residues that,
effectively, can be used. As we have already explained here
about glass, plastic is also not all the same and each one has
different characteristics and uses after being recycled.

͍ WHAT CAN PUT WITHOUT A PROBLEM?
ģ Everything that is packaging, such as milk and juice
packages, plastic water bottles, bottles and other liquids
(including edible oils and bleach), plastic bags, polystyrene,

spray/aerosols, plastic or metal hangers, butter or margarine
packaging, plastic cups and lids, plastic vases or disposable
plates, ketchup tubes, sauces or toothpaste, styrofoam, cans of
drinks or preserves, aluminum trays, packaging for detergents,
shampoos, etc.
͍ WHAT CARES SHOULD I TAKE?

ģ The packaging that goes to the yellow eco point does not need to be washed beforehand, as it will
undergo a cleaning phase during industrial recycling processes. The important thing is that, before
placing in the right container, drain all the contents well and spread out the packages. With this, in
addition to taking up less space at home and in the container, the number of trips to the ecopoint also
decreases.

͍ AND WHAT SHOULD I NEVER PLACE EVEN BEING PLASTIC OR METAL?
Ĵ Everything that is not food packaging, cleaning, hygiene, etc.
Ĵ For example, batteries, pots and pans, pens, plastic or metal cutlery, DVD, CD and video cassettes,
Tupperware boxes, toys, cutlery, pens, toys, paper clips, springs, used staples, and above all , never
appliances, whether partially or entirely made of plastic and metal

͍ WHERE SHOULD I PLACE THESE OTHER PLASTIC, METAL, ETC PRODUCTS?

ecopoints (battery) and the appliances must be delivered to the electrons.
