IN THE ECO POINT BLUE CAN I PUT EVERYTHING
MADE OF PAPER. RIGHT OR WRONG?

It is true that paper is one of the materials that can best
be used to transform it into a new raw material, but
even so, there are some rules to respect. See which
ones:

ģ WHAT CAN I PLACE ON THE CARDBOARD?
You can place everything from cardboard boxes,
magazines and newspapers, writing paper, matchboxes,
promotional coupons, envelopes, toilet paper rolls and

paper bags.

Ĵ WHAT CAN I NOT PUT? You should not deposit self-adhesive or plasticized papers, dirty or
greasy papers such as pizza boxes or parchment paper that you used on an oven tray, wipes
or diapers, aluminum foil in the blue recycling bin; chemical or vegetable paper, kitchen paper
and napkins used for meals.
͍ WHY? Because they are contaminants. That is, they are different materials that prevent
paper from being recycled correctly.

͍ WHAT SHOULD I DO, THEN, TO THESE MATERIALS I CAN'T PUT INTO THE BLUE ECO
POINT?
You should put them in the common / undifferentiated trash.
In most places, undifferentiated garbage collects food scraps and all other materials that are

not recyclable packaging. This is where you need to collect these materials on paper that are
not recyclable.
