• Objective: to examine the relationship between physical condition and

the production level of employees

• This study conducted to determine the relationship between the

brightness of lightings and the efficiency of two groups of employees.

• Results :

– Employees tend to react to the existence of lighting rather than to the increase
or decrease of the brightness of lighting.

– no consistent relationship between productivity level and physical conditions
in the workplace.

– Human factors in an organization significantly influence the production level of
employees.
